NO LATER THAN 9am Friday morning: Property Address Date/Time Contact Agent Two directories will be created each week (one for Award North and one for Award South), then posted to Craigslist, Facebook, Twitter, company blogs, and more. Each open house listing will feature one property photo, address, date/time, and contact information.

| Spotlight on...Debra Kovacs Rancho Santa Margarita Office Our congratulations to Debbie on closing 19 sides during the month of August! She attributes her success to hard work, lead follow-up, and a little bit of luck. "I had referrals, repeat customers, and the phone just kept ringing! My best ever was 15 transactions during the market peak 4 or 5 years ago, so 19 in a down market is definitely something to be proud of." Debra's advice to her fellow agents is just to STAY POSITIVE. "Yes it's a down market, but the business is there! You've just got to find it. Be focused, stay on it, and follow up on every lead or potential lead." Congratulations, Debra!
