Most people still print their documents/contracts/offers just so they can fax them, creating extra copies that usually end up in the shredder or trash. The new printers are capable to take the “printing” out of the equation. Add a “FAX” to your computer to help cut paper usage in half! Adding the fax to your computer is as easy as 1-2-3: 1. Navigate to START>RUN and type in printerserver 2. In the popup window that appears select the FAX printer of your choice. Right-click and select connect. 3. When and/or if a pop up box appears that asks if you want to load the drivers for the printer, click YES or OK    Download instructions for your office by logging into Broker/Agent Admin and navigating to COMPANY SUPPORT> AGENT SERVICES > TECHNICAL SUPPORT > [Mac or PC] PRINTER SETUP     More GREEN coming soon...
